Cancellations & Refunds

The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide free trial periods to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision.

We at TheFraudFend believes in helping all customers as far as possible , and has consequently prepared a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy. There may be some case of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons . In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. TheFraudFend wants to build long-term business relationship with its customers – therefore we use to follow a liberal cancellation/termination policy under the following conditions:

CANCELLATION POLICY :

No cancellation are permitted for those products/services that the TheFraudFend marketing team has obtained during promotional offers or on special occasions/events like Month end offers, Halloweens, Christmas, New year etc. Due to occasional offerings for limited period the cancellations are not possible.

The cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order through call or an email. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/execution team and they have initiated the process of shipping/working on their own level.

Remittance/Amount of payment once received will not be returned back in any case even if the cancellation is placed within 12 hours. The money can be adjusted against other service or a future order within next 90 days.

Any interruption in service due to any third party such as website hosting, server, images, content writing etc, Our Company will not be responsible at all. Any efforts TheFraudFend has to put while coordinating/liaisoning with them has to be paid as per the agreed rate of the company.

If you found any product /services received is not up to the mark or not as shown on our website or as per your expectations, you can notify the same to our customer service within next 12 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service.

Services will automatically renew until a service is cancelled. If you do not wish to renew your Monthly or Annual Service agreement you must cancel your account by sending an email to us.

Consequences of cancellation – In the event of effective cancellation by the Customer, TheFraudFend shall refund any payment made for the products under the cancelled order. The Customer’s right to use the relevant product(s) shall terminate immediately upon order cancellation. The Customer must delete or destroy the products and all copies from the Customer’s computer and any other device or media to which the Customer has copied the products.

REFUND POLICY :

TheFraudFend.com offers money back policy only during the first 14 days of purchase . In case you are not satisfied with our products or services you can notify the same to our customer service within next 15 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service. If the product does not perform up to your expectations then a full refund will be provided as our Money Back Policy.

In rare instances and only within 14 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, your name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If we are able to positively identify your order, and if your request is made within 14 days of purchase, you must submit to us a email or letter of destruction of on-premise software on your company letterhead or company email before we will process the refund. TheFraudFend is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.

TheFraudFend.com generally takes 7 to 10 business days to approve and process your refund. We then issue a credit to the instrument (card/ bank account) you used when purchasing. We refund the full cost of your order, including taxes and other fees.

Post the cooling off period the refund will be upon the discretion of TheFraudFend.com.
